Description
To use land described as Lot 3 DP 382658 at Stafford Loop Road for the purpose of conducting alluvial mining of approximately 112ha, involving the clearance of approximately 20ha of indigenous vegetation in the southern area of the property. Mining may exceed noise levels set within the District Plan.
