Description
To undertake mining activities on RS 1184, Pt RS's 1238, 1458, 1459, 4071, RS 1018, 1198, 1199, 1200, 1202, 1203, 1511, 2051, 3808, 4872, 5519, 6531 Secs 1-3 SO 11799, Lots 1, 4, 5 & 7 DP 3699, Lot 2 & 3 DP357481, Lots 1 & 2 DP 2927, Lot 1 DP 2948, Sec 9 SO 11850, and Sec 1 SO12449 at Donoghues and Mt d`Or, Ross. To mine legal road at Donoghues, Gay Street extension and Philip May Place as submitted in an application and plans received on the 1st August 2011 and further information received on the 31st August 2011. Mining activities will include extraction, screening, stockpiling, and hauling of material, construction of settling ponds, and clearance of indigenous vegetation. Noise limits within the District Plan will be exceeded.
