Pensioner Housing
The Council administers 46 pensioner flats, 42 located in Hokitika and 4 in Ross. Of the 42 flats in Hokitika 10 are double units and 32 are single. Flat rents vary from $53 per week for single flats and up to $84 per week for doubles.
Eligibility is on a priority basis depending on an applicant's individual circumstances.
